Yes, you may bring your pets inside the Audi as long as they stay inside an airline approved carrier. We also ask that you come prepared with your own backseat cover to ensure proper protection of the vehicle. Please note there will be an extra charge of $150 added to your reservation if we have to take additional measures to clean and/or repair the vehicle due to your pet.
No, smoking is not permitted in Audi on demand vehicles. It is our utmost desire to provide vehicles in the best condition possible to our customers. If you do smoke in our vehicles, there will be an additional cleaning charge of $150 added to your reservation.
Please use only Premium 91 or Super 95 gasoline to fuel your Audi vehicle. **NOTE: Information provided must be used in conjunction with the information in the Audi Vehicle Owner’s Manuals. Refer to the vehicle’s Owner’s Manual for all information and warnings.
No. We’ll deliver the Audi vehicle with a full tank. You can return it with a full tank or we’ll fill it up for you. We’ll bill you for the amount of the dedicated fuel type necessary to fill up the tank at the current weekly average market price. We have complimentary child seats, booster seats, bike racks, ski racks and other equipment available upon request. Please include these requests in the comment section when making your reservation (for child seats or booster seats, please provide the age and weight of the child) or call our customer care team at +1 877-506-AUDI (2834). Please note that that the bike racks and ski racks are available for Audi allroad, Q5, Q7 and SQ5 models. Child seats are available for all models except the Audi R8 and TT. We apologize for any inconvenience, but for liability reasons our concierges are not permitted to install child seats or booster seats. Our team members will install bike racks and ski racks, but are not permitted to mount ski equipment or bikes into the provided racks. You are responsible for the cost of replacing any damaged, lost, or missing equipment included with your Audi on demand vehicle. Examples include optional equipment, such as child seats or bike racks, or permanent equipment, such as iPhone charging cables, vehicle manuals or first aid kits.
All of our vehicles are equipped with quattro® all-wheel drive with the exception of the A3 Sportback e-tron. If you’re heading to an area with snowy conditions, we recommend our allroad, Q3, Q5, Q7, A4, and A7 as these vehicles are equipped with all-season tires and meet the Level 1 and Level 2 requirements outlined by the California Department of Transportation for areas with snowfall during the winter months. Our vehicles do not meet the Level 3 requirements as they do not come equipped with snow chains. Audi on demand customers are not permitted to install snow chains on the Audi on demand vehicles and are liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by the installation or use of accessories not permitted or approved by Audi on demand, even in cases where the LDW has been selected. Vehicles in our fleet equipped with performance tires and not recommended for snowy conditions are the SQ5, A6, A3 e-tron, R8, A8, S3, A5, S4, TT, TTS, S5, S7, RS 7, and S8. No, there are no sign-up fees or ongoing membership fees to be an Audi on demand customer.
In order to make a reservation, you must first create an account through our website or iOS app. Almost immediately afterwards, you will receive an email from us asking you to verify your email address. At this time, multiple, simultaneous reservations under one customer account are not permitted.

The minimum duration for an Audi on demand reservation is four hours. Please note, however, that the minimum reservation price is for one day, whether or not you use the vehicle for the entire 24-hour period.
Vehicles need to be reserved at least two hours in advance, and you can reserve a vehicle up to six months from the date of booking. Please note that model availability may be limited for last minute reservations.
You can reserve an Audi for up to 28 days.
You are liable from the start time of your reservation until the end time of your reservation, unless Audi on demand receives the vehicle earlier.
You may cancel a reservation without penalty if you are more than 24 hours away from the start time of your reservation. If you booked a vehicle within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time and wish to cancel this reservation, you have a 30-minute grace period after the time of booking to cancel this reservation without penalty. Great question! In some cases, it might not. Some of our vehicles, specifically our convertible models, have limited trunk space and may not accommodate multiple large suitcases. Additionally, although the Q7 is our largest vehicle with a seating capacity of 7, this vehicle will likely not be able to accommodate luggage for 7 people when the third row is in use. If you have concerns about the capacity of the Audi on demand vehicle you have reserved, please reach out to our customer care team at +1 877-506-AUDI (2834) for support. If you need to switch your Audi on demand vehicle at the time of delivery due to capacity constraints, please note that a $75 fee will be applied to your reservation. Additionally, any changes are subject to vehicle and concierge availability.
For now, Audi on demand pick-up and delivery is only available within the San Francisco city limits. This means that the address you provide must be accompanied by a San Francisco ZIP Code. You can specify any delivery and pick up address of your choice within these limits and our concierge will meet you there.
Yes, it is required to meet the concierge to verify your driver’s license, credit card details, and insurance documentation (if you choose not to accept Insurance made available through Audi on demand). Additionally, the concierge will provide you with a brief introduction of the vehicle and hand over the keys. Please note that the driver’s license and credit card verification are only required for your first reservation. There is no additional cost for the concierge service. At the end of the reservation it is required to meet the concierge to hand over the keys.
It varies. As a first-time customer, you can expect about 20 minutes for our Audi concierge to give you a walk-through. This will include verifying documentation and describing a few quick basics of driving and returning the vehicle.

The listed daily reservation price of the vehicle varies depending upon whether you choose Personal Insurance, Corporate Insurance, or Extra Insurance within your profile. If you choose Personal or Corporate Insurance, your daily reservation price includes the cost of the reservation, delivery and return services, cleaning and refueling services (fuel not included), FasTrak tolls, unlimited mileage for most of our models, and optional equipment such as child seats and bike racks, if needed. Extra Insurance may be obtained through Audi on demand from an authorized insurance company at an additional cost. If you choose Extra Insurance, your daily reservation price includes all of the above plus the cost of the Extra Insurance. For credit card validation, a $1 hold will be placed on your card at the time of registration, and when a reservation is made. Up to 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the estimated total amount due (excluding promotional discounts), plus a security deposit for incidentals. The deposit amount can range from $150 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle model and insurance selection. At the end of your reservation, your card will be charged for the total reservation amount plus any incidentals applicable to your reservation, such as fuel or mileage, as reflected on your invoice. However, please be aware that credit card holds will drop off after 3-7 business days, depending on your bank. After you return the vehicle, we will perform a vehicle inspection and send you the invoice via email. This invoice will include the total cost of your reservation, along with any additional charges that apply, such as fuel costs or mileage overage fees. Any modification to your reservation price for early return or cancellation will be listed as well. Please be aware we may send you a second invoice if additional charges apply that were not known at the time of vehicle inspection, such as damages not covered by insurance, damage / loss of permanent or optional equipment, parking fees, or towing fees.
FasTrak tolling fees over Bay Area bridges are complimentary with your reservation; however, you are responsible for the tolling fees for FasTrak Express Lanes. Each vehicle’s plate number has been recorded within the FasTrak system, therefore although there is no toll tag within any of our vehicles, the tolls will still be paid upon passing through the FasTrak lanes. You are responsible for tolls not covered by Bay Area FasTrak. Check www.bayareafastrak.org for the exact FasTrak geographic area.
Yes, if you are a resident of the United States. To use your own insurance policy and save this setting for future reservations, please log into your Audi on demand profile and enter your insurance information.
Audi on demand offers access to comprehensive Extra Insurance from an authorized insurance company and a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW). For residents of the United States we also offer the possibility to use your personal or corporate insurance. If you purchase Extra Insurance through Audi on demand by an authorized insurer, the insurer will provide auto liability and physical damage coverage up to $1,000,000. In case of an incident or damage to the vehicle, you may be responsible for the deductible of up to $1,000. The Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) reduces your responsibility for damage to the Audi vehicle to zero, if you conform to the terms and conditions of the Rental and Membership Agreements. You may have a high deductible for collision and comprehensive on your personal or corporate policy. In this case, you may elect to purchase a LDW. If you elect to accept the LDW and extra insurance, Audi on demand does not require you to have personal insurance coverage for the vehicle. However, if you choose personal or corporate insurance you must maintain any state-required minimum liability insurance.
